Marcus Pemberton is the VP of Customer Success at Relative Insight. He is responsible for helping customers such as Sky, HSBC, Formula 1 and GSK unlock the hidden insights within their text data.

He has spent many years helping some of the world’s most innovative companies leverage new and exciting data sources, particularly using publicly available data from social media, product reviews and forums, and has scaled a number of global account management and customer success teams across the audience insights industry.

Before joining the world of analytics, Marcus spent six years in the army, where he learnt the importance of making critical decisions based on only good data, and intelligence!
